Ramen Anyone?
When we think of Ramen we think of three things. 1. .15 cent substance. 2. Broke and 3. Really broke but I found an egg.
The Ramen Misoya restaurant is just a little different. They take Ramen to a whole other level. They specialize in 3 kinds of Miso Ramen: Kome, Mame, and Shiro. The flavor profiles of each of these soups are very individual. Choosing one is the easy part. The ingredient combinations may scare you off at first, but once you give them a try it will all start to make sense? Who besides a 13 year old teenager or extremely “mellow” person puts fries in their ramen? Misoya does and it is amazing.
I got the Mame Miso Cha-Shu Ramen. This crazy combo had Miso broth, noodles, bean sprouts, tempura shrimp, ground pork, teriyaki flavored boiled eggs and yes french fries. POW!!! Flavor explosion in your mouth.
