One of my favorite dishes was from a place where the last thing on my mind was amazing Lobster ravioli.
VB3 is a pizza place located in the business district of Jersey City, NJ. or is it?
On the left side of the location is a by the slice, run in run out, kinda place. On the other side is a lavish bar and restaurant. I was very taken back to see the wild transition from greasy pizza joint to linen napkins. The food is amazing on both sides of the curtain (yes a curtain separates the two) They have an awesome menu and the chef is very particular about how things come out of his kitchen.
The other insanely awesome dish I had was the Skin-on, with Roasted Cauliflower, Capers, Golden Raisin Vinaigrette & Pinenut Gremolata
I was also got the Lamb Chops… Out of control.
Marinated & Grilled Double-cut Chop, with Garlic Broccolini, Fingerling Potatoes, Roasted Lemon, Mint Yogurt
